The Service is intended solely for business purposes and individuals aged 18 or older. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of any business entity you represent. We do not provide services to or knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.

The Service allows potential clients to submit information and book appointments directly. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by OutReach Limited. We may cancel, reschedule, or modify appointments at our discretion, with notice where feasible.

4. SMS Messaging Terms (Mobile Terms of Service)

By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively checking an opt-in box during the booking process, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from OutReach Limited.

Program Description: This program sends informational, non-promotional SMS messages related to your appointment bookings only. Examples include appointment confirmations, reminders (e.g., 24-48 hours prior), rescheduling notices, updates, or follow-up confirmations. We do not send marketing or promotional messages unless you provide separate express consent.

Message Frequency: Varies based on your interactions and bookings (typically 1–5 messages per appointment cycle, including confirmations and reminders).

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. Opting out will stop future SMS but does not affect your ability to book appointments through other channels.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OutReach Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the preceding 12 months.
